When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt by email. Your order is accepted once we begin production.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• A product is unavailable or out of stock
• There is a pricing or product error
• Payment could not be processed
• The photo provided for personalization is unusable and no replacement is received
• We suspect fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued promptly.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you before processing and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store or access your card details.

5. Personalization

Most of our products are personalized using a photo you provide. Please note:

• Submit a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo
• If your photo is unusable, we will contact you for a replacement, which may delay your order
• Handmade products may have minor variations from sample images shown on the website
• Once production has begun, cancellations and refunds are not accepted for personalized items
• By submitting a photo, you confirm you have the right to use and share it for the purpose of your order

6. Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. A tracking link will be sent once your order is shipped.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partners. Delays caused by weather, holidays, or courier issues are outside our control.

We currently ship within India only.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Soothing Seconds name, logo, product designs, illustrations, written content, and photographs — is the property of Soothing Seconds. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our content for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
